Refund policy

We hope that you will be delighted with your Harlow & Fox lingerie, but we’ve made it as easy as possible to exchange sizes or return items, so trying on at home is worry-free. 

You have 21 days to try your pieces on at home.

All returns and exchanges are free of charge for UK and US full price orders above £350 or $US equivalent.

Our mailing list members are also able to have a courier pickup from the address of their choosing. If you would like to become a member so you can take advantage of this, you can join here.

Orders below £350, international orders, and outlet and sale items can still be returned no problem, you will just need to post them yourself. 

All items must be returned unworn and unwashed, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached. Please take care when trying garments on, and always try on briefs over your own for hygiene reasons.

All Harlow & Fox lingerie is handwash only. Please see our guide to caring for your lingerie for more information. We are unable to offer refunds for garments damaged by not following these instructions.

Please note we are unable to refund customs or import charges for overseas customers. 

Custom orders, special collections and the Cassiopeia and Serena Ivory robes are made special order and not eligible to be returned or exchanged. This will always be noted on the product page.

Gift cards are valid for one year from purchase, and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Returning your order

ORDERS BELOW £350, INTERNATIONAL EXCLUDING US AND OUTLET OR SALE ORDERS -

Please obtain proof of postage, and use a tracked/insured service as we are not responsible for items lost in the post. 

For international orders, ensure any customs forms given to you by your local post office are completed, and the package is clearly marked as "returned goods".

UK AND US ORDERS OVER £350 - 

Please contact us with your order number, which items you are sending back, the sizes you would like to exchange for if required, and if you are a member requiring courier pickup, the chosen weekday for collection. We will then email you a pre-paid return shipping label within one business day, and any customs forms necessary for international items.
