Standard delivery is complimentary, worldwide, on all orders over £350, or the equivalent in your local currency depending on daily exchange rates. Express rates, and rates for orders below £350, are listed below.

Postage rates are charged in £GBP and converted at the daily rate to your local currency.

Please ensure your order is placed by 12pm UK time for same day despatch for Express orders on in stock items.

Gift Wrapping

All orders are wrapped in luxury recycled black tissue paper and branded stickers, and despatched in either recycled card postal boxes for full price orders, or recycled polythene mailing bags for outlet and sale orders.

For a small upgrade you can also receive your order beautifully gift wrapped in one of our signature gift boxes, finished with a handcrafted gold wax seal, for a truly luxurious unwrapping experience. Select this as a shipping option at checkout to add this.

Shipping Times On Made to Order Items

Please be careful to read the product description on your chosen style, as many of our garments are made to order especially for you, with additional lead times of 3-4 weeks, occasionally up to 12 weeks for very special items.

It will always be clearly stated in the description if this is the case. If you have a special occasion you need your made to order items for, please do let us know and we will do all we can to meet your deadline. 

For items that are in stock, shop our Classics Collection to ensure immediate despatch.

Taxes and Import Duty

All prices on the site for orders within the UK include VAT at the current rate of 20%. Overseas customers may incur further taxes and import duties, which will vary dependent on location, and are the responsibility of the customer. You will be contacted directly by customs to arrange payment of this, please make sure you provide correct contact details and check them (including making sure messages have not inadvertently been marked as junk mail) to make prompt payment of charges, otherwise items will be returned to us.

Please note, for any shipments returned to us due to refusal of duty or taxes, incorrectly supplied address details, or any other reason, we will be required to deduct from any refund the costs both ways of shipment, any duty we are required to pay to release the package back to us, and an additional administration fee of £50 or 10% of the order value, whichever is greater. Please make sure you are aware of all taxes and charges in your location before placing your order. For items received but then returned, we are unable to refund duty and taxes.
